Narelle is the founder of Requisite HR and passionate about providing big business HR professionalism; without the big price tag, to SMEs to help them achieve their business goals. As a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a qualified HR professional with a B.Bus in Human Resources Management, Narelle has over 20 years' experience both as an in-house HR Manager and as a HR Consultant in a variety of industries, at local to national to global levels. Esmeralda Soliano-Wood (CAHRI)
With over 25 years of combined commercial, human resources (HR) and management experience, Esmeralda brings a wealth of knowledge from both in-house management and consulting roles covering strategic, operational and project HR. She has worked in various industries including banking, construction, engineering, resources and retail, overseeing operational HR activities on a global, regional and national scale. Her experience includes HR generalist and specialist roles with a particular passion for business process improvement. Esmeralda is a Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner under the Operational Excellence banner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Marketing.
Jenni Hatfield (MAHRI) (CHRP) (HRPA) (CPIA)
Jenni has a not only a Bachelor of Arts & Commerce, majoring in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Anthropology and Communications, she also holds certification in Workplace Investigations, Predictive Index Analysis, Workplace Mental Health & Psychological Safety Management and she is currently working towards achieving coaching accreditation with International Coach Federation (ICF). With 9-year experience in various industries from Recruitment, Transportation, Engineering and Technologies industries in HR leadership roles Jenni will provide a wealth experience and a passion for Human Resources, when she returns to Australia and Requisite HR in January 2018.
Kaitlyn has both a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Hospitality Management. With a strong background in customer relationships, Kaitlyn is now applying her passion for helping people and her strong practical skills to providing HR Administration support to the RHR team and our clients.
