Robyn Patterson (CAHRI)

An accomplished human resources professional with over 18 years' experience, predominately in the resources sector.  Her specialties include organizational design, remuneration and benefits, strategic management, talent management and human resources governance.  She has the proven ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels when delivering organisational and people management strategies.  With a Master's in HR and Organisational Development plus post graduate studies in Human Resources Management, Employment Law and Employee Relations Robyn has well-rounding theoretical knowledge to support her practice knowledge at a Management level.

 

Tam Perry (CAHRI)

Tam is an experienced HR / WH&S / Quality Assurance professional and consultant.  Between her 13 years’ experience, Bachelor of Business (HR), Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety and SAI Global training as an Internal Auditor, and certification as a Lead Auditor – Quality Management, Tam brings diverse Australian experience in various industries from Non-profit to Aviation, Construction to Medical, and Mining to Insurance to every project she undertakes.  Tam leads businesses to success through her ability to adapt to different working environments and easily build relationships.  Tam’s passion resides in Coaching and Mentoring clients in HR / WH&S / Quality Assurance best practice.

 

Farrah Pensabene

With over 15 years of experience in WHS and Injury Management as a highly-qualified professional, Farrah brings a multitude of knowledge covering strategic, operational and cultural change in WHS. Farrah has extensive experience as the in-house safety and health advisor for multi-national corporations in industries such as mining, military, insurance and manufacturing.  Although a WHS generalist her skills also include Emergency Response, Pre-hospital Care, Nursing and Injury Management. Farrah’s passion resides in customized & integrated WHS Management Systems, Health & Wellbeing and Workers Compensation. Farrah holds an Advanced Diploma in WHS /OHS and Training, is a certified SAI Global Lead and Internal Auditor for WHS Management Systems.

 

Evie Molson

Has been working in WHS, Training and Quality Assurance since 2005 predominantly in in Mining and Heavy Transport plus she is also a successful owner of two small diverse business in the automotive and tourism industries.  Evie holds a Cert IV and a Diploma in OH&S, a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Business Management, and a Diploma in Management. She has also completed SAI Global Auditor Compliance training, ICAM Investigation training, Contamination Control Auditor and Investigator training plus many more. 

 

Nicole Ohm

As an experienced Branding, Marketing and Communications professional, Nicole brings major international company experience in both Australia and overseas to the portfolio of consulting services on offer to our clients.  Between her 13 years of industry experience, Masters in English Language and Literature, graduation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, broad public speaking and volunteer experience Nicole brings extensive knowledge and experience to any project she undertakes.  Nicole's passions reside in Community Care Programs, Nutrition and Health, Company Branding and implementing effective Marketing programs to increase business revenue.
